This Privacy Policy describes the information that is collected and used when you use Smile Exercise. By using Smile Exercise you acknowledged that you accept this Privacy Policy.

 

Smile Exercise is an app developed by Jaime Torres to help you exercise your smiles. Jaime Torres does not collect any personal data when you use Smile Exercise. Smile Exercise will access your device camera only if explicit permission has been granted; this access is required so it can detect your smiles and take your photos when you smile. Once you finish taking a photo sharing options will appear and you will be able to share it with whoever you decide, or you could saved the photos locally in your device. The photos that you take will not be stored on an external server, Jaime Torres will not have access to your photos.

If you have the option of sharing analytics, diagnostics and usage information enabled in your device Privacy settings anonymous non-identifiable data will be sent to App Analytics when you use Smile Exercise. This data includes crash data as well as statistics about how you use the app, this data is collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers. Jaime Torres can access the data via iTunes Connect, App Analytics. If you don’t want to share your app usage statistics information and crash data with App Analytics you can go to your device Settings and disable the Analytics options in the Privacy section.
