This Privacy Policy describes the information that is collected and used when you use Image as Text. By using Image as Text you acknowledged that you accept this Privacy Policy.

Image as Text is an app developed by Jaime Torres to convert images to text and back to image. Jaime Torres does not collect any personal data when you use Image as Text. Image as Text will access your device camera only if explicit permission has been granted; this access is required if you want to convert photos that you take in the moment. Image as Text will also access your camera roll or photo library only when you select the option to select a photo. The photos that you take or select to use in the app will be used locally on your device and will not be stored on an external server, Jaime Torres will not have access to your photos. This also applies to the converted image text. The image text is used locally in the device, not processed or stored in an external server. The application has sharing options, if you use them the images or text that you share will be shared only with the people that you specify.

If you have the option of sharing analytics, diagnostics and usage information enabled in your device Privacy settings anonymous non-identifiable data will be sent to App Analytics when you use Image as Text. This data includes crash data as well as statistics about how you use the app, this data is collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers. Jaime Torres can access the data via iTunes Connect, App Analytics. If you don’t want to share your app usage statistics information and crash data with App Analytics you can go to your device Settings and disable the Analytics options in the Privacy section.
